At Kinney The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
